Guilford County Linux Users Group is a LUG for the residents of Guilford County and surrounding areas. Among PC users, there is a growing interest in Linux, both in the area, across the nation, and around the world. We hope to facilitate users in making the change to a Linux operating system, as well as provide continuing, thought provoking presentations that are beneficial to current users of Linux, whatever their level of expertise. This group is about discussing digital music strategies; from marketing and promotion to licensing and business development, we'll cover all the bases and more. The group will meet monthly in the either Greensboro or Winston-Salem. We'll feature guest speakers from the local, regional, and national digital music industry when available. We'll also feature presentations on digital music production, digital music marketing and promotion, and other topics.
